During this difficult time and to enable us to continue to deliver quality health care to our patients Park Family Practice has implemented some changes.

Consultations will now be conducted via Telehealth.

Please make an appointment as you normally would and your doctor will ring you at your appointment time.

If you need to physically attend the practice please call our reception team. This will enable us to schedule a time and comply with social distancing guide lines.

Childhood vaccines should not be delayed.

Prolia injections should not be delayed.

We have also linked with a number of pharmacies that will deliver prescription medicine to your door.

Flu vaccines will commence delivery in April. We are currently working on a plan that will enable all patients access to the vaccine in a timely and safe manner and further advice will follow in the next week.

We thank you for your patience through this period and together we can make a difference.
