Park Family Practice has serviced the Eastern Suburbs community for more than 20 years. Dr Melanie Gray and Dr Jaroslava Hybs started working together in 1988, and opened Park Family Practice in its current location in 1998, bringing together their combined passions for patient welfare in a multi-functional surgery offering general practice; prescriptions services; geriatric; mental health; preventative health; wellness; paediatric; and on-site pathology services, with patient experience and wellness the surgery’s objective.
Our team provide excellent personalised care, incorporating a holistic approach towards diagnosis and management of illness. Our doctors are dedicated, passionate, and deliver prompt patient care that is personalised and focused on improving overall health outcomes.

It will advise you to make an appointment and provide a link to do so. The appointment can be either telehealth or face to face.
Results that need to be discussed urgently: You will receive a phone call from reception asking you to make an appointment. If you are not contactable they will leave a message if able to do so or send you an SMS.
Results that need no further action: Your results are available to view/print via MyHealth record. If you wish to discuss your results please make an appointment to do so. These results are available to view on MyHealth record.
