About Dr Vysalan Srianandarajah

Dr Vy has a wholistic approach to each patient. His passion is mental health and sports medicine. Dr Vy has undertaken extensive mental health training, and enjoys counselling adolescents to manage anxiety and depression. This approach helps minimise and prevent further unhappiness and stress.

He believes that it is just as important to take care of the mind as the body, so he takes a well-rounded approach to patients’ health providing:

  • Exercise regimes and basic programs
  • Dietary and weight loss advice
  • Injury prevention and management
  • Sports specific advice.

He has competed in volleyball, basketball, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting and is currently trying his hand at boxing and mixed martial arts.

He loves to spend time with his family and other passions including his own podcasts (coming soon) relating to mental health, relationships and work place issues - Keep an eye out!
